Fairly clean hotel with fantastic friendly and efficient staff from one member in reception who is n't really interested in being there and makes it obvious so that you feel like you 're interrupting her.

The room was perfectly clean, featuring a private safe, central heating, and an electronic key card. It also offered a lovely view. the pillows and bed were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. the location is marvellous, providing a peaceful atmosphere and convenient access to the bus station.

Great-sized and functional rooms with a balcony, dedicated staff. Location short walk to the daily activities, many good restaurants for all types of food and Mallorca.

The room at Ilusion Markus & Spa was cozy and comfortable. It had a 24-h Reception Desk, which was convenient for storing our luggage. The bathroom had a shower, which was perfect for a quick refresh before checking out on our last day.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the bathroom's tub. But hey, that's just me!

I recently stayed at Ilusion Markus & Spa for a week-long vacation. The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The catering staff during set meal times were always smartly dressed and provided exceptional table service. The location was perfect, with a lovely sea view from my balcony. I also appreciated the short stroll to the beach and main street, which had plenty of shops. The room was excellent and the pool area felt secure and private. the hotel was immaculate and provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel was spotlessly clean during my city break and it offered a great variety of food. The pool was perfect for a refreshing swim and the location was amazing, within walking distance to the main attractions. I really enjoyed the friendly staff who couldn't do enough to help.

I found the reception staff lacked knowledge about the local area and the Wi-Fi wasn't great. a decent hotel for a decent price.

Located just a short walk from the seafront, this small, friendly hotel is situated in a quiet residential area. Rooms are spacious and clean, with some offering beautiful sea views. the staff are welcoming and accommodating, and the restaurant provides a good selection of food and drink. Guests can enjoy entertainment from the hardworking animation team.

The meals were delicious and had a great variety, satisfying our taste buds. The entertainment during the night was absolutely fabulous, keeping us entertained throughout our stay. We had a lovely sea view from our room, adding to the overall experience. The hotel provided a walk-in shower as per our request, ensuring our comfort during our stay.
